what type of events are held at the woodhouse? | We offer the ideal setting for corporate outings, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, employee appreciation parties,couples’ parties, reunions and more. Enjoy a combination of spa services, quality time with your friends, family or colleagues, and optional food & drink. We also offer On-Site Spa Services to bring our experience to you! Let the Woodhouse work with you to plan the perfect day!
how many people are considered a group? | Four or more people receiving any package combination {multiple services, either standard packages or a la carte} are considered a group.
what is the fee to reserve our gathering room?
our gathering room is a 400 square foot room with a bathroom attached. this room has limited availability, advanced reservations are required. due to our high spa volume on fridays and saturdays, spa parties scheduled for these 2 days are required to reserve this room for a fee. Our reservation fee is $500 on fridays and $1000 on saturdays. these fees must be paid at the time of scheduling in order to secure the room for your party. please join us sunday-thursday to avoid paying the fee during our off peak days.
what is required to hold time slots for a group event? | A non-refundable deposit and a credit card number to secure all appointments booked are required to schedule a group event.
what is the group cancellation policy? | Any service(s) not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-shows will be charged the full service price to the credit card used to secure appointments. why schedule your next corporate event at the woodhouse?
Massage therapy, amongst other spa services can be a low cost benefit for your colleagues that can help improve their job performance. there is no better way to celebrate with your colleagues than a day at the woodhouse day spa. we will work with you to design a menu of services that turns a routine meeting into a performance enhancing special occasion!
you can reserve the spa for your corporate event, or buy gift cards to use as sales incentives, promotional offers, achievement rewards, thank yous, and holiday gifts. We can convert our quiet rooms into meeting rooms, and our retail area can be reconfigured into a large presentation center. Use of the entire spa can be arranged for a nominal fee per hour with advance booking, which includes unlimited use of all basic services for the hour. corporate clients who utilize the entire facility will benefit from use of 5 inviting massage therapy rooms, 1 vichy shower suite, 1 endless infinity tub suite, 4 skin care rooms, 2 duet rooms, 6 pedicure suites as well as our soothing quiet rooms. We schedule parties monday-thursdays and Sunday afternoon's or as the schedule permits. please call for pricing if you are interested in reserving our entire spa for your corporate event!
what are the food and beverage options? | Our Spa Coordinators can arrange catering, or groups may bring in their own food. Coffee, water and tea are complimentary.We provide glassware, flatware, and napkins. Alcoholic beverages may be brought in by the group.
